Should you be offered employment, a comprehensive background check will be conducted. This check covers E-Verify, Homeland Security, criminal records, past employment, educational credentials (including college transcripts), professional certifications, credit history, and driver's license status. To advance in the interview process, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 80 on every HR assessment test administered.

Donation Of leave (DOL): The Donation of Leave Time Program allows RBC employees to donate their accrued annual or sick leave time to other RBC employees who have exhausted all accrued leave and compensatory time due to a serious health condition of the employee or his/her family members.

Military Leave: For those serving our country, we offer comprehensive military leave to support their essential duties.
