Rosenthal Business Consultants, Inc. Expresses Sorrow for the Loss of Officer David Rose of the DeKalb County Police Department.

DeKalb County, GA – August 8, 2025 – On behalf of everyone at Rosenthal Business Consultants, Inc., I, Walt Dixon, Chairman & CEO, want to express our profound sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the family of DeKalb County Police Officer David Rose, who was killed in the line of duty yesterday. The news of his passing has deeply affected us all.

Officer Rose was a dedicated public servant, a young man who had so much life left to live and so much more to contribute to his community. We mourn the loss of his bright future and the promising career that was cut tragically short. His willingness to serve and protect his community is a testament to his character and courage.

At Rosenthal Business Consultants, Inc., we understand that a thriving community is dependent on the safety and security provided by our first responders. This tragic event reinforces our commitment to supporting the DeKalb County community and its leaders. From all of us at Rosenthal Business Consultants, Inc., especially from our Executive Administration, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt apologies for the unimaginable losses you have suffered. The catastrophic events that unfolded between July 3rd and 4th, 2025, have torn at the very fabric of your lives, claiming beloved family members, especially young children, and inflicting immense damage upon businesses and livelihoods. Our hearts are heavy with grief alongside yours.

We are profoundly sorry for your pain. We hold in our prayers every family who has lost someone dear, and our thoughts are intensely focused on those whose relatives have not yet been found. We pray with all our might that the incredible volunteers, first responders, and all who are tirelessly assisting in the search efforts will find every missing individual and bring some measure of peace to their families.

This was a truly unprecedented catastrophe, unlike anything any human being has ever experienced, and the resilience you are showing in its wake is nothing short of heroic.
